this has people in san jose shaken up because the victim a 22-year-old man who was shot and killed on friday was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. he was in his car in the 7- eleven parking lot when those two men in the middle of the violent rampage decided they needed a different car, made him their target and then killed 22-year-old rory parkpettiford, who is from san jose, while trying to carjack him. police did make one arrest. here's a picture of 26-year-old jonathan wilbanks. he was taken into custody after he crashed his car during a police chase. the second suspect took off on foot and is still out there believed to be armed. here's a map that shows you the path of their crime spree. it lasted about two hours with the men going around town holding you businesses at gunpoint. caesar's on story road, gas station on east capital, jack- in-the-box on curtner and spa or bird avenue. they came to the 7-eleven to try and steal a car and killed the 22-year-old. police then ended up in a wild chase and shootout with the suspects after spotting their car on the freeway. >> ch
